TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL🍑I may refuse requests/commissions if I feel uncomfortable doing them. If for any reason I would not
be able to make the request It may be canceled by the client or me if they cannot wait for me to be
available again.🍑The Client must provide detailed references of what they wish for me to do.🍑I take my time when working so please do not rush me, if you wish to get your commission quickly it
will require a rush fee🍑if you ever post/use it online please do credit me it will be greatly appreciated.🍑The use of my art in any Al or NFT programs is strictly ProhibitedI won't do the following:
-Mecha
-Furry (Kemonomimis are okay)
-Realism
-Overly detailed Backgrounds/sceneriesPAYMENTS🍑a down payment of 50% is required for you to secure your slot and for me to start the sketching process. (not including skeb type commissions those must be paid in full upfront)🍑you must pay the 50% within 1-3 days of me confirming your request.🍑Once the sketch is approved, you must pay the remaining balance for me to start the line art and coloring process.🍑if you wish to receive your commission ahead of time a rush fee must be paid.REVISIONS🍑While in the sketching Phase, you have a maximum of 3 free revisions, once those are all used up following revisions will have a fee of 50php per revision🍑Revisions made during the lineart process will have a fee of 80php per revision🍑once I'm past the lineart process any revision can not be made anymore. (exceptions are if the mistake is completely on my part, I will not be considering it as a revision.)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY🍑It will usually take me 1-4 weeks to finish a piece depending on the complexity of the commission. (may change depending on the service) will keep you updated! feel free to ask for updates whenever.🍑the piece will be delivered via Vgen or emailed so that it will retain its quality, please do let me know if you want me to send it somewhere else.USE🍑The client can only use the commission for personal use and it cannot be redistributed in any way unless permitted to do so.COMMERCIAL USE🍑If the commission will be used commercially (i.e prints, stickers, any products that will be made with
the purpose of earning a profit) you must pay a Commercial License fee.🍑I may not ask for a commercial fee anymore if the service offered is already intended to be used commercially. (ex. Twitch emotes)REFUNDS🍑You can ask for a refund as long as I haven't started your commission.🍑 Refunds cannot be made once I start the sketching process.-I ask for a 50% down payment to start your commission, if I happen to have started the sketching phase then that 50% cannot be refunded anymore.🍑 Any refunds cannot be done once I start to line/color your commission. (if I happen to not have started this phase, then you can ask for a refund)
